Sania Davis and Aaron Cunningham have achieved Ecommerce success at major retail corporations including Amazon, Walmart, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, and Neiman Marcus. Cunningham and Davis are trained merchants that have an understanding of consumer behavior and needs, including excellence around customer experiences.
In addition to their extensive Retail Ecommerce experience, both Sania Davis and
Aaron Cunningham have additional expertise in launching and managing Direct to Consumer (DTC) websites and businesses for manufacturers and brands.
Both Cunningham and Davis have experience with product sourcing and manufacturing in multiple categories, including Apparel, Home Textiles, Beauty & Skincare, Kitchen & Housewares, Rugs,
CPG and Juvenile Products.
Aaron Cunningham and Sania Davis paved the way for ‘Content to Commerce’ by launching the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Ecommerce business for Paramount/ ViacomCBS, including websites and product for brands such as SpongeBob, MTV, South Park, Yellowstone, The Daily Show, Wild N’ Out and BET.
The lack of representation and challenges witnessed for Black and Minority Brands were the impetus for Cunningham and Davis to launch BE Commerce, Black Excellence in Commerce.
Aaron and Sania believe that Black and Minority Consumers and Brands are meaningful and want to ensure their voices are acknowledged and uplifted through collaborations with partners of all backgrounds all over the world.
